Condor motorcycle chock4/5/2023 On my Handy lift, just as Kent said, the front chock is more than suficient to hold the K16. So put the tranny in first and use the clutch as a rear brake in combo with the front. When backing down, you won't need the engine running. This leaves your fine muscle control available for balancing and maneuvering. Second, I let the engine do the heavy lifting and the brakes to do the stopping. ![]() There many excellent folding ramps available. You will need a ramp wide enough for both of you if going into the back of a truck. I have seen too many people dump their motorcycle while trying ride it up a ramp onto a trailer or truck. Here is what works well for me.įirst, I do not ride the motorcycle. Just a note on motorcycles and ramps I have loaded my motorcycles in/out of my pickup on/off my Handy Lift many times. Will take a little more thought with this one. Probably have to remove the wheel chock on the lift to get the front tire off Was always a piece of cake for my other motorcycles just using paddock stands. Have not had to change both tires yet, but am thinking a combo of the center stand and jack will work. ![]() The Handy Lift wheel chock is capable of handling the K1600.
